Tricks 'n Flips 
ULTRA STYLE

This workshop is filled with tricks like regrips, jumps, drops and flips. During this class Dineke will teach you her favorites! After the warming-up we will start with prepping different kind of grips, jumps and several start- and end poses. In order to master the movements, we will start with the key elements of the tricks. When the fundament of the move is yours, you will go for the full trick. You will also learn how to spot each other correctly and step by step you will work towards the most awesome ultra pole tricks!

ALL ABOUT THAT BALANCE

A workshop filled with acrobatic balances in and around the pole.  There are so many options when it comes to pole handstands, headstands and forearm-stands. Acrobatics, holds, backbends, jumps, combinations and lifts. You will learn all about the techniques of the many balances. Placing of the hands, positioning of the body, momentum, strength and control.

Bringing flexy back

A workshop filled with Dineke’s favourite flexy back moves. The warming-up will be followed by an intense back and shoulder stretch session. Dineke will teach you her stretch routine, including floor and pole stretches. The second part of this workshop will be at the pole. Step by step you will learn the techniques of the most pretty and badass flexy back tricks and combinations.

This workshop is the perfect preparation for your pole competition or showcase. Dineke will teach you how to start in the best way possible. She will teach you how to work towards your moment in the spotlights. From how to set up your schedule to conditioning drills. And from creating your style to using different climbs and transitions. This workshop is great way to give yourself a 'competition kick-start'.

DEFY GRAVITY

This workshop is filled with power tricks! You will learn all kind of deadlifts, flags, shoulder mounts, pole planches and not to forget about the (Chinese) phoenix. We will start with a warming-up including pole conditioning. After that, Dineke will show you everything you need to know about the body positioning, grips and (lifting) techniques. And last but not least we will combine them in some awesome power combinations.

stronger by pole DINEKE STYLE

Who doesn't love pole conditioning? This workshop is definitely the toughest one from Dineke's list. We will start with a hardcore warming-up followed by a core session at the pole. Dineke will show you different kick-ass routines, including one without the pole. In that way there is no excuse to not do your pole conditioning daily. YAY!

MASTER YOUR HANDSTAND
NON POLE WORKSHOP

In this workshop you will learn everything about the techniques, balance, muscle contraction and strength for a good handstand. Step by step we will work towards your goal; a controlled balanced handstand. We will do this with different kind of exercises who will help you by learning or improving your handstand. Aren’t a beginner anymore? No worries! You will start working on all kind of handstand variations. Hollowback handstands like the Scorpion and Mexican handstand. The handwalk, press handstand, handstand push-ups and many more. We will also work on some other kind of balances, like head and forearm balances, including some cool transitions from and to the handstand.
